Bush To Monitor Our Mail?

According to the Thursday January 4th issue of the New York Post George W. Bush made a "signing statement" allowing him to open anyone's mail on the pretext of a "national emergency". It is a dystopian Stalinist nightmare when your government can open your mail or monitor your telephone calls and E-mail correspondence in the name of so-called "National Security". In the name of true National Security why won't somebody impeach Bush and that venomous snake of a vice President who whispers in his ear???!
