| George W. Bush & co. are getting more arrogant by the day. With the complicity of fellow Republicans in Congress the supposedly dominant Democratic-controlled Congress seem powerless to stop Bush's pernicious policies and insidious agendae. Wake up Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the well-meaning but lackluster Democrats. It's bad enough that Dems won't impeach the Chipacabre-in-Chief, but they make little or no efffort to stop Bush's ruinous ideology from permanently destroying the rights and the fabric of this nation written in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. "Of the People, By the People, For the People", not of, by and for the Robber Barons aka the Corporations. Also, contrary to what conservative types say, it's We the People not Us the 'Market'. In many instances relying on the market, especially when it comes to health care is the worst thing to do, except for those few who benefit with market ideology. I am currently reading a book about how the U.S. tax system is rigged in favor of the Super Rich. If enough people read this book, they'd likely be rioting in the streets over Bush's tax policies of Corporate Welfare and favoritism toward the most privileged and well-off individuals in this country, while simultaneously showing nothing but disdain toward the 'little people, the poor and the downtrodden. I'll review this book sometime in 2008. With the exception of members and supporters of the Spawn of Nepotism, George W. Bush and co., have a Happy New Year and Party like its January 20, 2009.
